I think you missed half of what people are talking about. When the AIP bull was pulled he was making videos that helped the company recruit so they didn’t have to worry about QOL, morale, and work rules. It was us vs them and he was helping them

Just wanted to chime in after reading through some of the thread and say that this thread seems to be a microcosm of Envoy and their increasingly poor reputation in this industry. And SM isn’t the issue. It’s a bad look.

I don’t think SM is a problem one bit, but this crap doesn’t really fly at the other shops, just American. Both those Piedmont kids are clowns. It’s embarrassing to watch, they’re both full of themselves, they’re just pretending to be ambassadors, truly it’s just about the “look at me” attention. I think SM videos are more educational/professional.

SM videos are high quality, and it’s evident from even his earliest videos that he’s truly passionate about what he does and is highly skilled. This thread is full of jealousy, with some sprinkles of homophobia for good measure, masquerading as anger over him being a “company man.” Really bizarre.

Yeah. The RPA LGA CA who whipped his hours after getting fired from the past 2 companies is the gold standard.
Or the Mesa guy who got fired from the past 2 companies with a felony conviction , awesome job.

I actually do practice what I preach partly by telling those so bothered by the man to go ahead and direct your energy towards your gripes with the company than him. And look at you, with an account on APC
