MD-11Loader, can you confirm this?

 

I'm not MD-11, but to me that sounds like nasty trolling aimed to solicit nasty comments

 

So my last post was removed because I cursed so I’ll try again.

I really hope they did talk to him. Swayne Martin is selling out his fellow pilots. Posting videos on how he picks up OT is absolutely cringe worthy.

Someone should give him a history lesson on how Envoy/ Eagle and AA management have shafted the Envoy former Eagle pilots in the past and are continuing to do so. I get he has a passion for aviation, as we all do, but he really needs to find another way to show it. His videos prop Envoy up and I can’t figure out if he realizes that management doesn’t care about him or his fellow pilots. How many times do pilots have to be screwed before guys like Swayne realizes management does not have our interests in mind.

I really wish he would make a video about Envoy and how they are the lowest payed wholly owned regional. But he probably thinks he’ll flow and never have to worry about being stuck a regional for 12+ years.
I really wish him all the best, but he really should open his eyes.

 

Swayne ain’t waiting around for a flow. I’d bet a beer he gets picked up by JetBlue, southwest or United as soon as gets 1000 121 time.

Agree. Aviation is a small community and the majors don't care about social media wannabes like the regionals do.

People talk and don't think that higher ups at some of the above mentioned carriers aren't aware of his name.

 

lol seriously? Let’s be real, he’s going to be just fine. He is well connected and there are a lot of “higher ups” that are NGPA members that have his back and can’t wait to hire him. He will more than likely be at a major long before most people his age / career progression. Is that fair? No it’s not, and nor do I think he cares. To me it’s clear that he only cares about his career and his social status / image and not the pilot group as a whole. If he really was a team player then he would stop making videos that are made in partnership with envoy. He never should have done that in the first place. He sold himself out for his own self career advancement. Good for him I suppose?

To be clear, before people jump on me, I am not bashing and I am not hating. My point is that he is not your friend, he is not your buddy. He is out for himself and he is well connected and will not “pay his dues” like most others will. Also he will not understand anything about “paying dues” because to him his social media status is a free pass and somehow makes him more qualified and better than a pilot with more experience and education.

Oh and what’s really going to burst your bubbles is when your realize how not unique Swayne is. There are similar things to him all over at every regional

 

This is the most depressing post. Sadly it’s true.

 

I disagree, if he was so connected like many think, than he would already be at s major. You don't need 1000 hrs 121 time, nor regional experience. Many already have been hired with less time and experience.

He might be connected with Envoy management, but that only gets you so much.

 

Yeah there was a 21 year old hired at AA with nothing more than flying parachutists.
