You do not gain seniority faster based on base. That’s not the way it works.

They are likely referring to RELATIVE seniority. That being said, kind of a crap shoot on the 175 between ORD and DFW as an FO. As a captain, ORD is definitely junior.

Actually, after the last vacancy, DFW is more junior to ORD on the CA. FO side is a draw.

There MAY be a few junior captains snuck into DFW, but the bulk is senior and line holder in DFW about five to six months senior in DFW vs ORD on the 175.
