"Envoy has some of the best pilots in the industry"

Not so sure about this. Are there any other airlines that are reminded by ramp to make sure the safety envelope is clear before parking? Or not to write up small overspeeds because they are happening so much?

That all depends on perspective. With Commutair not landing on a runway altogether, that puts Envoy higher than the lowest bar with being able to land on a runway, but slide off into the mid from time to time.

Does landing short, bouncing onto runway, then sliding off count as actually landing on a runway?
