Best guess on the 175 is about 11/2019 hires. But that includes the times during Covid when we didn’t hire, from April 2020 to about June 2021. So for new hires maybe 10-11 months. Maybe less. 145 would be around 08/2019 hires. A little over a year or so. |

so 11/2019 lineholder is 1/2022-11/2019-(6/2021-3/2020)= 25mo - 15mo = 10 months of seniority |

Forced upgrades don’t help if there’s no one left to force. They only need to force upgrade when a significant number of FOs are bypassing upgrade even if they are qualified. How many of those are there right now?
