I’ve heard applications have dropped significantly the last couple of weeks.

I was talking about people showing up in class - I'd say another month before pay difference becomes a major factor in class numbers.
Takes about a month from interview to CJO, plus a week or two for ATP/CPT before the indoc - so people starting tomorrow basically gave their 2 weeks notice at the old job at the same time the PSA deal was announced. Doubt many will jump ship from that group.

I forgot all about the ATP/CTP adding another week to the pipeline.

I still think with as many RTPs and cadets that Envoy has in the pipeline we will only see a small reduction in the off the street hires which is still a small number of the totals. It is likely four to six months before the end result of no pay raise will noticeably affect hiring.

That’s my slightly educated SWAG. Worth what you just paid for it. See me for a refund in six months if I’m wrong.

Normally all the details are out by now this late in the day. Maybe no class, but it's been 2 weeks?

Only 17 people? Good... hopefully that number keeps trending down. :)

Unfortunately the company will never admit defeat. I’m sure in the next company/ pilot meet Rick will say they planned for 17 and that we’re getting record number applicants.
