I doubt you know anything about what ALPA national is saying.

Ok. Ask your rep. He will tell you the same thing. Instead of crying online.

Where is the "Bet me bro"? Like I said in an earlier post, unless there is something that is very unique and that the union isn't telling anyone, which includes you, an AIP is not enforceable.

The irony is you're so convinced you know what's happening that you're missing the obvious argument that's right in front of you.

Let's say it together slowly: R...L...A

Hold up. He's not wrong about there being something to address. He's just wrong about what and how.

Now jump off the bandwagon and scurry along. No one has forgotten who you are.

Are you maybe referring to cr700, as opposed to crj700?
Two very different people.

What are you talking about needing addressed? Yes, I am THAT cr700. I'm not sure I get where you are coming from.

He is saying what we are all saying you need to honor the AIP.

No bets. Call your rep, or even better, call EM directly. Clearly you weren't in the pilot lounge when he told everyone that.
Let us know what he says when you call him.

I've been to Riddle once, yes.
Why is this relevant?

What if I am a rep and have not had a single bit of information like this passed onto me?

Why do you vigorously rebut every point made against the company? Is it because you don't want your buddies on Facebook to think you work at a subpar regional?

You have been here for how long, and you don't know who EM is? Look it up, head of a few departments. You'll figure it out. Call him.

Are referencing a union person? He is chair of several committees, not head of departments.

From what I heard, Union reps were in the DFW crew room. Nothing about the AIP being enforceable. Did indicate there might be some talks planned. Biggest thing is supposedly (Bueller?, Bueller?) apps are down 25%. Maybe why the company is coming back, maybe AAG told Envoy to quit F’n around and do this. But I doubt it. May have been told not to F this up, but I doubt they were told HOW to do this as long as they DON’T F it up. Pretty sure if Envoy did start to let things slip that AAG would step in, but that’s just my SWAG.

Same person. And apps according to him are up, not down.
Ask him, let us know what he says.

Since different people are putting out different information, I guess we will just have to wait and see. Not like we can do much of anything else anyway.

New hires were told apps were up.

Whether that’s due to the cadet and RTP pipe maturing, the potential for a pay raise, or if it’s just due to the fact that most places have waits for classes right now, who really knows.

RawHide 07-07-2019 04:37 AM

Apps were up after the psa raise (likely people believed it would come) but since the failed aip apps are down. So it’s more about when your information is from.

Zero union communication as of late. I can only assume they're either working with MGMT towards getting a compensation package squared away or absolutely nothing is happening.

That said nothing is being done. Even though they indicated that Management wants to continue to talk, according to the last P2P guy I spoke with, they have not even set a date after they stepped back from the AIP.

I am going to agree with what has been said, it is going to be a while and GL with the back pay that a lot of folks hoping to get ...

The AIP had back pay to May 15th. If we hold our ground for the AIP, we get back pay. If we give in. We don’t.

NoValueAviator 07-09-2019 05:51 AM

A LOT of people strutting around B in Dallas lately saying “give in, give up, straight PSA match only and now.” Shameful. I can see why dera seems to harbor some resentment for many of his fellow pilots.

I don’t hang around B so I don’t hear that talk. I’d shut it down pretty quick if I did. I’ll be pretty angry if the union gave in.

Absolutely not. FUPM what the union fought for.

Varsity 07-09-2019 06:40 AM

I would be ****ed if the union gave in. I’ll ride this out till I flow or quit.

AIP or nothing.

Did you not read his post where he says we're dreaming asking for anything but pay?

I understand the sentiment. I honestly have a hard time believing they will provide backpay very far, if at all. That is their whole reason for kicking this down the road.

But I am NOT willing to settle.

Unacceptable, Endeavor or better should be what we're aiming for now.

Inclined plane 07-09-2019 09:29 AM

I’m not sure of the logic behind telling the company “FUPM”. It sure wouldn’t motivate me to do anything positive for a group that is literally saying F me.

Perhaps that’s why they teased us with the AIP. Seems like it was an FU right back to the pilot group.

All I’m saying is it doesn’t help our cause to cast insults and expect good things in return.

Being quiet and providing AAG with a high quality regional product hasn't worked either though. I'm all for trying new things.
