I’d guess they’re going to wait on displacements until they get a little certainty from AA on a flight file going forward. Fair chance they’ll want to park some 140/145’s...

So when/if I get displaced back down to FO.

1. How is the base determined?
2. How is the equipment determined?
3. Obviously I assume my pay goes back to FO pay.... what about my training lock bonus?

Log into DECs, make sure your 3* are all set up
specifically 3D in order of preference
if you are displaced, you will hold whatever your seniority can hold based on the order of your 3Ds. If you have nothing in there, or your seniority can't hold anything in there, it is "company need", and you don't want that

no voluntary seat lock pay for FOs

A CA who was displaced to FO should be entitled to a training freeze bonus if they volunteer for one. I think you’d be crazy to do that though since you wouldn’t be eligible to upgrade again for two years after that.

Come to think of it... if you get displaced to the same aircraft, I’m not even sure if a training event is required. You are already qualified in the right seat
