Cadet interview question

I知 doing my cadet HR and technical interviews next week and assuming they go well and I知 offered the position do I have to sign a letter of commitment on the spot?

After following everything going on at Envoy I want to keep my options open and I知 cautious of making a commitment.

Thanks.

Are you sure coming here is a good idea? Are you aware that if you come here it will delay pay raises for all of us? Company has tied pay to hiring.

Do not come here

Ask recruiting that letter of commitment question, and also see what they're spinning these days re pay, reserve, bases, flow, etc.

Whatever decision you make, play the long game because this company (and industry) is constantly in flux. If you want AA long-term, or simply want a backup option while you target your pick, it's nice to have flow in your back pocket. If you think you're a flawless wonder kid with a high GPA from the right school, rack of volunteer experience, internal refs, etc., then feel free to roll the dice on getting hired off the street by one of the big three after you get 1000 121 PIC at #SkyBest or wherever.
