This is what happens when you rush things and say “Oh hurry up and just take what we can get”
So to all who were on that train. This is what you get when we could’ve gotten much more.
No increased flow for you new hires, a small bump in raise and some other things....
This is crumbs when we could’ve gotten the whole pie.
Now before I sound like a negative Nancy, am I thankful? Certainly. But sometimes it’s not good to rush certain things.

Captains got the short end of the stick. I support my fellow colleagues. FO definitely needed a raise, but CAs are in the hot seat. We are the ones who sometimes give free IOE when flying with guys/gals who aren’t very proficient. It’s frustrating to say the least.

FO’s broke even, they are taking away the retention bonus. Do the math, comes out to about same.
