The company says 5 to 6 year flow and the highest captain pay raise was in the 6 to 7 year captain seniority. Glad alpa and mec are sharp as a dull knife because the company would have pulled a fast one without the watchdogs there. Just an opinion from the statements posted here.

Yeah I had nearly that exact line of thinking and just had to chuckle when the union email made it seem like the company was approaching negotiations from a better place. Sureeeeeeee they are.

You’re going to have to show the math on that Pedro.

I’ve also noticed that as someone that is within a year of flowing you’re opinion of what is important is skewed towards quicker flow.
