Downplay much dera!

Yes the pilot group missed out on a lot of improvements. Some even benefited the company in other ways. But if you give 1 kid something you must give all 3.

He's like the guy who said the AIP got rid of airport standby.

Assuming they could get the math done in time, it would be highly unusual for a company to take the more expensive route.

This is a dumb thread. You are once again, complaining about a raise. A raise that was given with NO concessions with an INCREASE in flow. Given to us while Envoy us dealing with AAG issues such as:

Max 8 Cancellations
PSA FA negotiations
Envoy FA negotiations
AA Pilot negotiations
AA Mechanics Lawsuit and negotiaions
Envoy Gate agents newly ratified contract
and more.....

I know about these from AA and PSA pilots while jumpseating to DEN, CLT, CMH and NYC.

Theres a lot of thing happening all at once for AAG, who largely influces our budget. Not standing up for them, but for once can people on here say glad we all got the raises we deserve and congrats to the guys flowing out of here qucker, meaning we get to upgrade quicker and ALSO get out of here faster?

Oh but we deserve more! That kind of bull******* is exactky what the AE guys fought for and pushed too much in 2013, look how that turned out. The union did a great job getting us faster flow and rasies with the AIP withdrawl. If that was handled like 2013 then it would have started all over again.

Get Educated On The Industry

Your mindset is why we fail every time! Your bar is so low, this is why we don't get much. The pay raise is incredibly low for the industry. Our work rules and qol (hotels rsv) is horrible. You are a “professional” trained to a high degree getting paid still subpar compared to others.

Not just that but it is NOT 2013 anymore. Things have improved tremendously in the past few years for us pilots.
As far as I know FO applications are significantly down and they would not be giving $50k+ away to guys with 900 plus 121 hours if they had enough CA applicants.

Well it is of AAG’s own doing. Wouldn’t it be easier if everything was just one entity?

They are going exactly where we told them in 2013. It’s sad that the union leaders predicted the industry development better than the crystal palace managers who are still playing catch-up
