Backpay and Pay Raises
So I guess we’re just going to sit around and not start questioning management as to why the long hold up in receiving our hard earned money huh?
This is getting quite frustrating and really shows the stance of how our employer feels about it’s pilots.
I don’t believe it take a month and a half to get this all changed.
We’re in 2019 not 1642.
Why isn’t anything being said? No pressure on MGMT?

It's 2019, but AAG and Envoy are operating in the 60s with DECS and Pay Comp. Not saying it isn't ridiculous but it is reality. There is a ton of work that has to been inputed by hand for 2500 pilots done by a department with only a handful of people. You'd think that the pay comp system is a big computerized machine that with a couple of keystrokes could have all the new pay numbers taken care of in a matter of minutes. Nope. Don't worry dude, the LOA says you'll get the money in SEP. You'll get the money in SEP.
All they have to do is change your rate and input the effective date. The payroll system in phx then automatically backpays you.
I used to do pay auditing.
