Merry Christmas folks.

Wow, what a banner year at Envoy. The flow engine is now fully spooled and humming like a Shelby Cobra. On the other end, Envoy is inundated with pipeline candidates just clamoring for their chance to get in the door. It is very competitive and unfortunately there is a long waiting list. 2020 is going to be incredible. It’s truly the best time ever at Envoy. This isn’t your Dad’s “American Eagle.” This is Envoy which far and away blows away anything of that former shell. Where else can you hire on to a major airline as a pipeline candidate? Nowhere is the answer. That’s why the qualifications and interview are so tough.

Not quite sure what you mean. I've never been a recruiter but have worked closely with them in the past. In fact, I flowed through last year. I just happen to believe strongly in the company.

I will say this, a buddy of mine.... a VERY strong candidate got told TBNT last week, as did his entire interview group that day.


We seem to have a very low acceptance rate and I’m in long term upgrade right now and it seems like there’s 6 candidates a day interviewing.

I'm sorry this happened. Suggest he go back and polish the resume. Maybe some volunteer work and an interview prep next time. Remember, they are hiring American Airlines pilots. Not Republic, Skywest or Mesa.

I’ve had two buddies get rejected from The Envoy and one went to Republic and the other Skywest.i thought they were pretty qualified but idk it has seemed like lately we haven’t been giving everyone with a pulse a job as of late
