The WARN letter will go to the unions of unionized airline employees.
If it doesn't doesn't come 8/1 that does not mean that every passing day pushes furloughs out another day. There are certain exceptions to the 60-day requirement related to a faltering company, unforeseeable business circumstances, and natural disasters. Standards for meeting these exceptions seem generally based on how how others in the industry react to the circumstance. |
