I tried it on a Friday after landing a few months ago and they only work like 9A to 1P on Fridays, and was unable to get it.
Disclaimer: Not sure how they "treat" cargo carriers. My experience is from a 121 pax carrier standpoint.

Not sure "when" but in November 2022, I physically walked in to the parking office, with a signed form, signed by my "company representative" (who they happened to know the exact name of who it was), and paid for via debit card, and received a tag. Huge pain in the testicles as I had to park in the terminal, etc etc and do this in person.

Not necessarily based at DFW but has passenger operations there. I was told by the parking office a few years back that they don’t provide employee parking for cargo airline employees.
