Default DFW terminal parking

I normally commute in via flying in but might need to drive in on Tuesday. I remember seeing a while back an email (or maybe it was an HI6) about us being able to park at the terminals but that there was a certain procedure to it. I can't find this info now. Is it still valid? And if so, what do I need to know?

I thought it still required a DFW parking pass, I could be wrong. Using a commuter hotel and parking there has been the easiest in my experience.

Because I do occasionally drive, I do have a DFW employee parking pass if that matters. I just haven't driven in the last 4 or 5 months.

Drive through the employee gates, and exit through the employee gate and show your badge. Job done.

I think the rule is you have to park on the upper level as well. I see a lot of people park in the 1 hour spots, but I'm not sure if that's allowed.

My understanding is that employees must park on the top two levels.

At the toll plaza, go to the far left to the gates marked employee. Park on level 4 or 5 in the terminal garages.

And if you are doing a day turn, you are not allowed to park there.

Where is that listed? And how is it enforced?
