Wait I'm confused.
Are you saying that Chem trails really are mind control chemicals added to our fuel? Obama really was born in Kenya? Trump won by a landslide? and a Miata really is a sports car? Or are you saying all those things are false? If that was true, it would be so much easier to find idiots that get lost and let their phone batteries die. Just sayin... |

I said no such things. I just said the company can’t locate your iPad if it’s off.

https://www.cultofmac.com/161263/20-...phone-or-ipad/ This article is almost 9 years old btw. let’s move on to what information can be monitored and reported. MDM tools can setup regular automated monitoring of all managed devices or they can query specific devices as needed. Provided the device is on and connected to the Internet, it will respond. |

I think this gives a better idea of where the world is at with AI. https://youtu.be/H15uuDMqDK0 Would not be surprised if I heard any company’s IT department set up a program to manipulate your company issued iPad if required. |

Yeah somebody in a separate thread (wish I could find it) claimed company issued devices can be turned on, if true maybe run the battery to 0%, but who would have a dead iPad while on reserve?

There's a difference between sleep and off. And remember... Alexa is always listening. Google is always listening. otherwise neither would recognize the wake up command. |

Either way, tread lightly all. I also asked what is recently. because this was what, 5 months ago? |
Or just don't turn on or use your company issued ipad until your in domicile.

Maybe it would be easier to actually be in position for an RAP, or call in Sick or emergency before a Short Call RAP began. And yes mental health is a legitimate reason to call in sick. |
Carefull with mental health, that will ground you.

First off, no airline is going to go for that because it basically would give all crew personal days at their unlimited discretion. Secondly I guarantee that if you say that on tape the company will ground you pending an evaluation and AME clearance. That's going to lengthy and expensive, at best. You don't have to tell them why you called in sick, and you should not. |

Coming soon...to a theater near you...the story of laughter, treachery, love, heartache, and hilarity. Blue Falcon Productions presents;
Two Pilots, One Lav. Bring a bucket and a mop because it’s going to be a mess. pass. I never enjoyed blue falcon productions. Always an underlying story of theft and lack of morals. here you are watching a story about the lav and suddenly you find out that one pilot stole the other pilots toilet paper without him knowing and the next time the first pilot goes into the lav, he finds his TP has been stolen. |

But there’s a twist. He knew the Blue Falcon was up to no good and spritzed the toilet paper with ghost pepper juice and skydrol before it was stolen. Blue Falcon had an irritated crinkle star for a week and had to go to the hospital.
I heard the alternate version was that the pilot whose TP got stolen remarked to the FA’s that the other pilot stole it and warned them and the other pilot then ran crying to the CPO and got the actual VICTIM in trouble. terrible flick. |

Your version of events is accurate, unfortunately. The best part though is that the union decided that the best response was a gentle discussion about professional courtesy while admitting that they feel the blue falcon's actions were technically acceptable. All we can do now is remember the guy's real name and wait for it to matter some day. |

He was called out on his behavior and pilots were disciplined for using his name because he felt threatened or harassed. The union, as far an anyone really knows simply had a discussion with him and said nothing we can do, which some say is accurate and some thought more could be done because he wasn’t following our code of ethics. Long story short, “Blue Falcon” was the name that was decided on as it is his initials. |

In summery, “Blue Falcon” would intentionally cyber stalk pilots during bidding and while they were doing a trade he would come in and take flights off their schedule or trade them bad ones, often causing them to lose days off etc. overall a generally ****ty thing to do.

Blue Falcon is not his initials. It comes from Buddy ********r. I would type his name out but that’s been said to be a big no no here. Someone with an actual quasi news connection should type a story on him so we can consider him a public figure.

My mistake on the initials. As for the auto filter, my guess is his last name was placed in a list so the forums would block it like other words not approved.

can we get this back to pertinent aviation discussion now?
for example, If DFW is north flow and a pilot is high and fast and lands beyond the TDZE.... say all the way down at the intersection of 35C and Taxiway B (assuming no go around), one could say that pilot lands by B. |

You would think you wouldn’t have to tell such a pilot not to such a thing... landing beyond the TDZE that is.
but that assumes too much. |

It wasn’t his last name that was filtered. It was my typing of a swear word without even typing the actual word. The swear word behind Blue Falcon.
