Default Defeating the stigma

Just a shout of to the entire envoy crew as I nonrev today. Just like always in my experience during my short 2 years at YV, 100% professional and personable and went out of their way to move me to 1st class when I was just happy to be on the airplane. The forums are not the real world so just a reminder to get out there and don’t assume a stigma. Also if you are ever nonreving make sure the CA AND FO know you’re up there. We’ll get you on unless the it’s the oxygen problem and we can’t get it. The culture of being petty and not collegial is and can change as bitter ppl, well, go be bitter somewhere else. I will be emailing the proper envoy/aa ppl about my experience. Thanks ladies and gents on my flight and everyone else out there operating the same way everyday. Cheers

Mesa. Not sure what stigma he's talking about, although you might argue that mesa has one.

huh? I am glad you had a wonderful experience but whatever stigma you are referring to is lost on me. I have never seen an Envoy crew doing anything other than everything they could to help out fellow pilots, at times to their own detriment with the company. Sure there are a few of us on here that like to banter back and forth, but that for me begins and ends here.

Care to describe the stigma we have?

This is ridiculous, THE STIGMA that we can’t all be professional and friendly with each other?!? That as pilots some of us can act like little *****ez? The stigma that this forum has to be a giant ****xxg match. Never for one second meant to imply a stigma about envoy. Just wow. I’d be glad to change the thread title to “thanks” or “collegiality” or something but apparently that’s not a feature here.
kind of in shock at the responses. Certainly not my intentions to cause a shizstorm on here.

I never meant to imply you guys had a stigma when I posted a thread in your forum titled “defeating the stigma.” I can’t imagine how that was misinterpreted. Anyways, I don’t care what anybody else says, you guys are alright.

For what it’s worth, I didn’t mean for my post to come off as defensive or that I felt offended. I was just trying to understand what was meant by that. Anyway, thanks for answering and glad you had a good experience.
