30k for captain or upgrade, 70k to flow, and another 50k paid out over 2 years everyone goes to pay band c and flow improvements based on retention. I don’t think we’re getting anything better than that.

I'm not disagreeing with you're point. But think about it. Over the course of a career at a major, don't you think you'd make up the difference quite quickly even with a just a few months of seniority at the next job?

I mean, I'll gladly take the dough. But I'm gone if the jobs I'm targeting call either way.

It’s got to be pretty much the same thing that Piedmont already posted (flow numbers will be a little different). My math has it as around an extra quarter billion in incentives over the next four years. It would be $30 million just for the flows for the next year. I’d hate to be a no vote on this thing if it blows up. A lawsuit would be sure to follow…

I'm really curious about this incentive bonus to fly. So, if you're on reserve and proffer for all the flying you can and pick up all the OT you can and only fly 30 hours as month (my memory of reserve)... do you qualify?

I have to admit, I'd be pretty ****ed if I upgraded too early to hold a line if there was no way to qualify for the activity bonus.
