Actually your contract states you can be withheld unders certain circumstances. So if 20 are to go, 20 will go even if someone is withheld, just go down to the next pilot.

The company does whatever they want and it is APAs job to defend the company and pretend that all is well.

Enjoy your time at Envoy where the work rules are significantly better and contracts matter.
