Look at the class drop list to see what people have been getting. As far as moving, a new bid will be out in the next week or two and should be posted by the 10th or so of January. Otherwise, no one has had a move awarded since the last bid, beginning of October. Look at the vacancy thread.

For Reserve, which base do you think will get me off of reserve faster? E175
I'd prefer Dallas because it's the shortest commute for me. However, I've heard that ORD reserve status is shorter, although it's 1hr longer flight. Does it matter?

It’s a moving target. If you can, bid what is the easiest commute first. Then you can likely change with the next bid if it looks like it is better for you.
