If anyone cares, offer to interview mid April. Interviewed first week of May, walked out with the conditional. Got the official offer this week. Classing up end of July. So 3.5 months from offer for interview to class up. They are interviewing a fair amount, there were 6 there interviewing with me, 2 of them were interviewing to be cadets. And there were four days of interviews that week.

Pros & Cons
 
I’m getting ready to start training and looking for insight into what would be the easier commute from ATL - DFW, MIA, ORD? Moving in base isn’t an option in the short term so I’m trying to do some research.

All bases should be easy commutes coming out of ATL. Might have better luck to DFW or ORD over MIA. But there are numerous flights to/from each base on AA and DAL to all three out of ATL, and UAL too into ORD.

Jealous, I have 2-3 flights a day to ORD and only 1-2 flights to DFW where I commute from in Montana.

All three have at least two legacy carriers on each route. With MIA you also get FLL and PBI as backup options. You get good flying in MIA and La Caretta in the terminal as well.

what experience did you have ? CFI OTS? 121?

Just to add in my own experience. I got the invite in late March, Interviewed middle of May, and now have my class middle of July. OTS CFI at minimums. It's really weird how they are not giving dates to those with prior 121 time. It seems like their priorities have changed.
