I know you don't keep up with APC much, so let me fill you in:
FirstClass is a probationary pilot at PSA, brand new to the airlines, and is a very poor man's version of eaglefly. He thinks it's cute to troll thread after thread making sarcastic remarks. His wittle feelings got hurt a few months ago after a series of PSA threads were started warning about things such as their 25+ year wait to interview, possible Captain displacements down the road, etc. Since then he has put Envoy in his child-like crosshairs and now competes with his hero eaglefly to see who can troll more Envoy threads in a single day. Don't pay him any attention. It's what he wants and it's what keeps feeding him. |

Envoy is actually better than most. The only detractor from envoy is the long upgrade time. That will begin to drastically reduce once we start taking deliveries of the 175.
Prospective new-hires, do not listed to Maverick, he is nothing but a brown-nosing company/management tool! |

Delaying the CR7 transfer by TWO months while PSA takes on 24 additional 900's... but you're working hard to spin it!

No not joking. He was interested in the best flow. Currently the best flow is Envoy at 16 years. I'm not aware of any other regional with a better flow using actual numbers today (not some wild prediction of the future that may never come true).
If flow is important to you Envoy is the place. Ok so he said he phone hasn't rang. Doesn't mean it won't ring. If I were the OP, I would call anybody that I ever met who is at th big 3 and hammer the for an internal rec. Same time I would attend every job fair and bomb them ith my face and my resume. Mabee pick up a 130 reserve gig on the side. Then I would attend every OBAP and women in aviation function (yea so what if he isn't black or a woman) then I'd show up at Oshkosh and sun and fun. Then I'd reset and restart---- There is no better time than now. To hell with regional flying if you have all the boxes checked and he does. |

Load of crap! Envoy has lost more than 30 145s to other regionals, parked nearly all of the 140s and ALL of the CRJs will eventually be gone too. Shrinkage and zero growth does nothing for upgrade time. Envoy pilots continue to flow to AA at a trickle and AAG continues to throw up every road block they can think of.
Prospective new-hires, do not listed to Maverick, he is nothing but a brown-nosing company/management tool! The 140's that are parked are all being kept in flyable condition and could be pulled for line flying today if needed. The PDT contract is for E145 type between 37 & 50 seats, IIRC. |

itll be a great day when NY is no longer an LEC so R. I. is done bullS'ing everyone with all the great things coming, 16 years to flow, 14 years barely gets you off reserve as a captain, long sit for new hires on reserve and AA won't touch any Envoy pilots unless you are a flow, intern, or fleet managers kid. Ray needs to get over himself

Look what you wrote there. 16 YEARS. The only thing guaranteed at eagle/convoy is that the management lies. You're gonna sit there for 16 years then wind up with a stupid look on your face and a sore rectum. The OP has all the boxed checked. He doesn't and shouldn't wade around in this regional quagmire when he could be building seniority at DL, UAL, or even strait to AA. FedEx and SWA.

16 years goes by quick. You need to pay your dues at Envoy if you want to go to American. There is no other way. Better check that attitude if you want a shot at Envoy.

Man, not according to the overwhelming majority of Envoy pilots I here from. |

40 new airplanes are guaranteed.
The rest of your statement is also forward looking and a guess. We are currently slated to operate at least 68 145's until 2022. EXJ contract for our 145's is temporary. So is TSA's. Also envoy is the only AAG wholly owned that has the pilots to fly additional airplanes. This is evident in the facts that, we are delaying the CRJ transfer to PSA, covering for MESA flying through the summer, and operate as a spare for EXJ in DFW. |
