I didn't say I deserved it more, I said it was hard to see. No matter your position seeing someone in a better position can wear at you. I'd prefer not to be subjected to it once a year.

Is there a specific reason or two as to why Envoy wouldn't seek additional flying?

I don't think a wholly owned would win a contract with a different major anyway. It wouldn't really make sense for United to pay American to do flying. I also don't think we could staff additional aircraft even if we got them.

No. It's yet another reason how management continues to lie to get their way. Like how the previous poster explained, how management needed a certain cost structure during bankruptcy to seek additional flying and now they claim there is no such initiative.

Valid points... But did we submit an RFP to fly the jets that RAH is flying for AAG? How about the Expressjet flying in DFW? What about the SkWest flying in LAX, or even the recent takeover of aircraft in ORD from Chautauqua? Nope, not even one. It doesn't seem to me like we are seeking any additional flying AT ALL!

Whose -200 in the new colors did I see trolling around ORD a few days ago?

He was a gate agent in San Juan. No joke.

Reminds me of the van driver who became VP of Flight ops for Comair. 3 years from now Envoy will meet a similar fate with this guy at the helm. I've moved up 140 spots since January. But the bottom is still getting closer to me. When they make the 175 announcement then you'll really see attrition.

You say that, but United and US Airways contract their ground handling to Eagle at some airports.
