excuse me, you are presuming you could trust aag to honor the contract agreement, i see. actually did not the TA have that your attendance record and any letters in your file will have to be reviewed and cleared before being offered a transfer date? which means it will be a pref interview instead of a pref hire. which would mean if you were not a kiss *** for your time at envoy, then how would american expect you to be a kiss *** at american so no offer to transfer but you will be at envoy stuck on a 12/4 if you cannot get out any other way. but believe what you will.
We fell on our swords to defend a contract that was industry average at best. Now FOs will remain FOs while guys at other carriers will be able to build PIC time and move on quicker than we will be able to. Rick's comment was he wanted to leave the regipnals ASAP, voting no on the AIP was not the way to do that.
As I've said before it's all water under the bridge at this point, what is done is done. I feel sorry for the pilot group at Envoy, I'm glad I won't be around when this thing hits the ground.

I hate to say it but it almost seems like flows limit the talent pool to the mainline carrier. All the good talent that has the ability to leave before their flow date is gone to DAL, UAL, SWA, etc. Realistically, I would expect most people who have an offer to take it over waiting another couple years for a flow.
