Amen! I would love for it to happen - as would most of us.
Even if the airplane and pay were the same, I would like the chance to work directly for mainline from the beginning and work my way up. I've said before, there is a war going on. There will be winners, losers, cowards, and martyrs. Eagle is still fighting the fight, but the real battle is at AA right now on scope. I'm pretty sure who will win this battle, but lets see how it plays out. |

What is your guess on who wins this battle? I have no idea personally.
I'm sure there is a thread on it in the AA section somewhere. As of last night, APA decided to continue talks. Today should have another announcement of some sort about it. |

Remember, for every PSA or PDT contract, it just means more time spent at a regional as management justifies its means.

I wouldn't expect a YES voting, bar lowering, pilot group to understand that the concept. We already tried to educate your group and failed. Figure it out yourself.

As long as regionals are way cheaper than mainline and regional pilots are willing to degrade themselves through endless concessions on their already grossly underpaid salaries and largely poor QOL, the regionals will expand at the expense of mainline jobs. It is a tragedy that this isn't patently obvious by now. |

ENVOY presented with details on new contract
It works both ways. No matter how much you try to wash your hands they won't come clean.
Don't try to make someone else responsible. |

You mean as long as Mainline Pilots don't give up scope. Don't hate the players, hate the game.
Are the to blame for regional existing? YES Are they to blame for one pilot group undercutting another for SJS? Look no further than the mirror for that answer.

Hate to say it but it was time for Piedmont Pilots to start worring about ourselves and let someone else that has some significants fall on the sword.

I for one will not fall on my sword for this regional model! This will pass at Piedmont by over 70%. It's done.
