Part of excepting recall by 5pm after the vote closed was a 2 year pay jump... So the guys holding out won't get that.. But most of those guys are JetBlue/Spirt/ect. Captains..

Undeferals are not counted as New Hires. So you can have whatever number you want in the contract, but if theres no hiring, theres no flow.
We still get 50% of the class, so if there's 10 NH we get 5. Now, PDT and PSA depends if USAir is hiring, is my understanding that they went down to 1 class a month. Once they do the single carrier certificate, then is a different story.

Well, if theres no hiring, there's no flow.

Nope, PDT's flow is measured on hiring by both the AA and US sides. It's in the language. The catch is that until SOC, PDT pilots can only flow to US new hire classes. Our Feb flow class was cancelled so AAG notified us they will be taking an extra PDT flow in US classes every month until they make up the deficit.
You just said it, your guys will be hired into the US side, but if there's no hiring, there's no flow. See? Simple...
AA and USAir still hiring to their respective certificate, so if USAir hiring stop, PDT and PSA flow stop, because there's no UsA hiring. If AA stop hiring, then envoy flow stop. When there's a SOC of the hiring stop, then the flow stop for the 3 of them.

sorry to dissappoint some of you but I've never been on EL. I voted No this time just like the last 2 times. If you read the first post carefully and pay attention to the language you will see I'm giving the yes voters a hard time because they didn't read the fine print. I also wasn't complaining about the flow stopping, just pointing out the fact. Yes its frustrating to still be here after 15 years but the defers definately deserve class dates first. It will be interesting to see "the company's proposals" the union was talking about

So, basically 4 a month for the next 3 months.
