Envoy flow about to slow or stop again
The good news never stops at this airline. Our union has indicated that due to big pay raise on mainline side a bunch of furloughed pilots are coming back and that they will occupy a large percentage of the training slots for months. What this means is no "off the street" hires for a while which is what determines the amount of flows. This will also mean those hired into the pool at AA mainline will be swimming for a while longer as well. Sure glad we voted in a contract that says 20/month or 50% whatever is "less" Our pilots just saw the change to 30/month from 20 and though it was good. didn't red the fine print. If it woulda said 50% or min 20/month whichever is greater. Alot of guys also though it started as soon as we signed the contract, not reading fine print again. What if AA defers delivery of the last 40 E175 for 12 months and Envoy never gets a single one since AA may be tempted to change all the orders to E195 and fly them at group 1 rates that are really low.

You guys don't have it tied to an annual minimum flow number? PDT does.
AA has notified us they're skipping the February class to get caught up with Sim backlog, etc.. those 3 PDT'ers will just fly the "Ocho" for another month and take a crew of 6 in March.

money do anything to help you out? I'm confused, did you think that by doing them a favor, that they would do you a favor? That isn't the American way. Nope.
