How did this go from an awful recruiting video with an emotionless AA pilot, an Envoy FO who could hardly speak English, and a wide eyed flight instructor who probably won't even go to Envoy, to a bashing of PSA?

They certainly could have used the proud statements of a current senior DFW based Embraer Envoy captain with a strong yes voting record for everything that has come down the pike. Theoretically you'd be their dream salesmen !
Of course if it ever got out that you're really delusional and post on forums that you're now a $250,000/year GV new-hire in Corporateville, they'd look silly, so perhaps you'd be a bad choice.
