Since you left we've gain things that other regionals don't have. Like hotels for OT, 4 hotels a month for commuters, hotels in domicile if you get removed from a overnight. Critical Coverage OT at 200% and regular OT at 150%. MIA crews got nice TDY with A1 and A3 pases. Also got removed from the first and last turn for commute. Probably something similar will happen when they close NY. They need us more that what we need them. And clearly AAG it's starting to see the value on us...getting MESA flying for June/July/August, which probably will be extended. Envoy management is trying to get us more flying because our attrition has slowed down significaly. So I would say, it will take time to repair morale. But I think once the 175s get into property the KoolAid will be on. I guess the OT is nice if that's your thing but isn't Envoy building 11 and 12 day off lines? I'm certainly not picking up OT if I'm only getting 11 to 12 off with no commutability. You can spin it how you want, there are contracts significantly better than Envoy. Its not the worst but let's not pretend it's industry leading. |

At least you can see some glimmer of hope Diva... From what I've heard lately the lines are miserable and aren't getting better any time soon. That was the same story 8 months ago when I left, and the same thing I heard for the years previous... "It'll get better," and it did when I resigned.

The way Envoy does things probably not. They'll put it in open time so guys with 11 days off can pick it up for OT and the stuff that doesn't get picked up they'll assign to the legion of reserves.

There will not be 360 flows next year. Wilson's last communique revised that downward to about this years numbers which will be WELL short of 360. The last statement based 20-30 flows per month 360=360. |
