It all depends on time. The more time you can put between yourself and the failures the better. Good luck.

Got the 10/14 CTP start date. Anyone else going? Scheduled for indoc on 10/24 if everything goes well. Do we get our base, fleet, and training dates at indoc?

Should get it on the first day.

Not likely to be honest. You would need probably at least 5 years of a positive history showing that negative trend is over.

Mesa would hire you.

Re CTP, show up on time, stay awake, and enjoy the sim time is all you need to do. I'd recommend getting into Sheppard Air for the ATP written soon as you can, though. You can study evenings during CTP, but you won't really want to, and CTP will give you zero prep for the written.

Base and fleet goes down first day and is picked in seniority order (age). Training dates are something that will filter down during indoc.

That's what I heard. I got the SA written prep a few months back. Been really hitting it hard lately. Just trying to get in and rolling before everything fills up. Is anyone else going that date?

Any one know how long it is taking from application to phone call since the new rates have been announced?

Thanks

anyone else travel not in uniform with the badge on? I simply do it always to let the cabin crew know that I'm another crewmember hoping to "get free stuff" on the flight and get early boarding to stow my bag/s.

I was stopped by border/custom patrol asking if I'm currently on duty, I simply said no. she said that she will need
to take my badge, I should not have it on if not on duty.

anyone else have this experience?

Never wear mine when not in uniform.

Check your company regs. International customs does not like you having a badge on unless you are on duty, including out of uniform deadheading. Most companies don't want you wearing your badge off duty, period.
