I'm Oct Doh and am a couple weeks into long term. Also most Jr Capt is the last guy hired in NOV 07. Next vacancy will take it into 08 easily. Also the 2.5/6 is for guys coming on property now not when you were hired.

You are correct. I was looking at the previous bid award. I still don't buy the 2.5/6 is going to happen. 150 true Capt vacancies per year posted at Envoy? I don't think it will happen in 2016. Believe me, I want it to. I'm just trying to be realistic.

Yes, I'm frustrated and it obviously shows. I decided to create a profile here to post facts after lurking for a long time. Envoy threads are full of this 2.5/6 nonsense and guys getting attacked because they try to prove that it likely won't work. I'm on the inside and I know. It's not true! Maybe it will be one day. But right now, it's just a very, very generous projection.

Jr Capt NOV07 Hire - 8 year 1 month upgrade
Jr Flow AUG99 Hire - 16 year 4 month flow

I don't care what the rest of you Envoy kool aid drinkers have to say. If you don't like what I post, put me on ignore. But I will continue to post FACTS here so others that are considering this POS company can have REAL information to go on.

A few Envoy pilots are reaping the benefits of moving to PSA. They are now Captains when they were stuck on FO reserve. I believe they may be hiring DEC's still

Not someone hired 3 years ago.
