Sounds like he's decided Mesa fits him better for DFW.
If he wants to live in DFW and picks Mesa, it's his career. But trying to send him to MDT, PHL or some other place that have to commute for 2.5 hours is stupid. |

Why not Piedmont? They have the AA flow and a 12-18 month upgrade.
These two jokers above would be better served if they would just walk away from Envoy and directly onto the nearest pre-owned lot where they can fill their potential buyers heads with BS and get a real commission out of it. I may "sell" envoy but at least I am not trolling other regional topic posing as one of their pilots, spreading lies in an attempt to coerce them to come to ENY. According to your overlord Darth eaglyfly, I am making a commission. Piedmont isn't a bad choice for someone. Especially if that person lives in one of Piedmont's Bases. If one plans on commuting, I encourage them to talk to a current commuter and get ahold of the kind of sequences PDT flies. Commuting before or after a 5 or 6 leg day can be done but its pretty miserable. That is actually good advice for any pilot planning on commuting to any airline. The only bad thing I can think about going to PDT is you will have to fly with ag386 and he seems like he is one of "those" guys. |

Well, so be it. Who cares? 1 more, 1 less it doesn't make difference.

It's hard for some to wrap their head around the fact that Envoy has fallen so far and is now just another run of the mill dirtbag regional. With a super long upgrade and long FO reserve on top. Why would you come to Envoy now over say, Compass or Piedmont? At least those places offer a quick trip to the left seat. |

No more stupid than coming to Envoy for the "flow." I know it's hard for some at Envoy to make the transition. Pre bankruptcy when Envoy was THE Eagle, it was a superior carrier in many aspects in terms of regionals.

I thought you were quitting and going to PDT or something. Why are you still here?

No worries, I'll still be over here to keep you cheerleaders in check. |
Just like your pal. Don't work here, but can't stay away.

Haven't made it over there yet. I do have an interview though. I applied and had a call within 2 hours.
