Much shorter on captains generally. That means more fos sit at home waiting/hoping to be called. In this case it's a hotel that kicks them out at 11am. Then it's off to the crew room to watch tv until rap is over and they need to buy another hotel. As a management guy how about you ask crew scheduling how many reserve fos have already used all their hotels. Btw it's nice that line holders get a few hotel rooms because with lines starting early and ending late they come in handy. Poor reserve guys.

Any idea on current time on RSV per base for planning purposes?

I started early November 2016 and I should be holding a line in August in DFW. I can also hold a line in another base right now on the 145. The 175 I could had held a line in May.
