I think it might be a month to month thing, but any flows concurrent with LT's would be better then none. Of course, any Envoy flows would also mean other WO flows as well.

You forgot to include IF the US economy collapses, IF the U.S.A. turns communist and IF a meteor destroys the earth. Like it or not, good things are happing at envoy, despite your best efforts. I would guess, that at this point in your life, you are getting use to not measuring up to your goals.

Not necessarily, they can flow from envoy, but they don't have to flow from the other WO. I don't think envoy flows counts as "new hires", like the PDT & PSA counts for us.

If only you could post something of substance. I guess at this point in your life you are at peace with your shortcomings which are many.

Theoretically yes, but I doubt that is the message they'd send to the other WO's. The belief by some that Envoy is special among the WO's in AAG's eyes is misguided IMO.

If they flow for envoy they will also flow for the step children as well. DP needs to make the flow appear to be working.

I think it is obvious though that if Envoy can't hire the 40 pilots per month needed to support the flow numbers you are projecting (again projecting, let's not forget envoy pilots flowing today are 16 year employees), then the flow falls apart.

How ya feeling now? I said 2.5/6 was entirely possible back in 2015. I said the staffing shortage industry wide would fix the pay.
Results:
Profit sharing back
Among the Highest starting pay in the industry, $40k more than it used to be
Retention bonuses all around
Critical coverage pay
Hotels in base
Commuter hotels
OT hotels. (How many guys still have crashpads anymore?)
They've been honoring the flow, and at many points well exceeded the 50% requirement.
AAG has been much better at doing what they say than AMR ever was.

I'd still like to see RSV rules fairly negotiated and better schedules. Every regional has its issues. Ours are minor in comparison at this point. Envoy is a great place for a new pilot starting out. For us older guys who've been around longer the changes are very hard to adjust to, however we are still better than many other places.

Sorry if I missed it, do you need a degree to get hired at Envoy?

Thanks

No, but it is good to have.

A few days ago my fo told me he had used all his hotel rooms by the night of the sixth. I'm sure he wishes he had a crash pad

If you are brand new doing airport standby, or so junior on reserve you can't bid any open trip at all you will use up your commuter hotels. Most everybody else has ditched their crashpads. That's fact, and is a huge pay raise itself.
