How does this impact the flow?

If you get hired into the 175 you flow before everyone. I'd hold out.

It was just a question. Not really interested in Flow since I got better chances to get hired of the street.

The flow is a good insurance though.

It's paid in an annuity, the number of years until payout is a secret.

Interesting how the envoy hate club comes out of the woodwork over 12 (That is one tenth of one percent of all envoy pilots) FOs that will continue to get the FO Retention Bonuses which puts them pretty close to RSV CA pay anyway, while getting to enjoy senior bidding and will get a HUGE payout after they finish upgrade training. They do miss out on 121 PIC but that is meaningless in the current HR hiring culture. I would take that deal in a heart beat!

Don't get me wrong. I think management are stupid for withholding the guys, but the wheels are far from falling off. Perhaps you can crawl back under your rock until things actually do get bad.

Only 12 but indicates the future trend for the pilot group. Grateful I left in '15 for 9E after 4 years of reserve. Only wish some of my brothers had jumped with me. Now looking at upgrade after 1 year and making 55k as 1st yr FO. Mgmt can do it if they want to-Delta IS AAG won't. watch out guys that place is truly toxic. All wheels not off but are wobbling and flat.
sympathies...........

9E is a good place to go. Don't call in sick too many times or bust a checkride, they will take that preferential interview away.
