This might explain why one of our pilots was noted as flowing, but withheld pending a grievance and the union made specific mention of FMLA rules in a recent message. Just a guess based on a recent MEC email.
What a mess. He'd be sitting down at the AA training center in a few days but for this. I don't understand how the company can do things like this and then complain about how they appear in public when issues like this are discussed. Maybe it's legit, but their timing is awful, regardless. |
I nominate Envoy for a name change
ENVOY = ENEMA Air we crap on everyone! Union should help him get his job back he should at least have the grounds for a good lawsuit, if I recall correctly, isn't that an invasion of privacy? |

LOL and envoy is trying to fix their staffing issues. My oh my

This is some crazy stuff. I'm glad PDT doesn't have this kind of crap going on. I always take my ocurrences to the limit, as do many. Those people are still flowin' on up...

I heard that Delta looks at your attendance record before allowing you to flow. Too many sick calls = NO FLOW!
But you are correct that attendance reliability is a big thing for DL. |
sick calls do not apply to the 824, applies to all after oct 2011 hire date

There has to be more to the story. Why the in the world would envoy( of all places) care enough to hire a PI to follow one or more pilots.
I think it's all BS what envoy is doing, and hopefully the harmed pilots will be back at work soon. |
