Wow. I'm a big proponent of tort reform, and want airlines to be profitable for so they have more to give us, but if that's true, I hope that pilot sues and wins BIG TIME.

Who is to say that the guy wasn't on prescription meds and taking them? Makes you illegal to fly anywhere anytime. I read that the guy was out for sinus issues. I'd lawyer up, and not an ALPA lawyer either--a smart person can always get over on an idiot.
