Are all of the new hires going to the E140/E145 and CRJ-700?
E175 must be loaded up on pilots right?

I know new hires get base of choice...but can they pick airframe as well? I'm hoping by time I apply I can get DFW E140/E145.

The latest class was all ORD. No E-175 slots and no DFW slots at all. Airframe split was 6 CRJ-700 and 10 E-145.

Oh wow. So they assign bases and airframe now?
Can those say CRJ pilots get DFW E145? Is that part of the seniority and bidding program?

Why does Envoy attract more new hires than the other WO'ds if bonus and pay are comparable? Is it the bases, EJET, or something else?

Personally they attract me for its DFW base. E140/E145 and future E175s. The sign on bonus. I plan to go to Aerosim...so tuition reimbursement is great. Guarenteed flow with no additional interview.
Who else can offer these benefits?

By the time you get to class it might be a different enviroment. They did offer bases and planes for couple of months.

But the company needs to balance the amount of pilots between bases. It wouldn't surprise me if they won't offer DFW for a couple of months until they have the people required to keep ORD working.

Or just mix it up send some to ORD and some to DFW. That is a possibility as well. With the way things are going however, if you get E145 ORD you should be able to transfer back to DFW fairly quick.

Do you have factual numbers to prove Envoy numbers are decreasing?????? Or is that you POV?

No shots, just that folks on here say anything often enough as if facts from union leaders & or Mgmt, or Envoy pilots, but are not. So then, new bloods like me find it hard to differentiate facts from BS..

Hope the purpose of the forum thread serves the demands/requests by the OP.

Hope this does not become another trashy thread with salty folks wishing Envoy fail, and falls, and becomes a disaster just so they can feel like they were right all along w/ "Ah-ha! Told you!"
