I've spent the last 15 years as a loadmaster on the 747, DC-10, and MD-11. I've gotten paid to travel to corners of this planet that people can only imagine and 99% of them will never come close to seeing in person. I've traveled a bit during the break. I just want to fly and not sit. There is going to be a whole new learning curve having been out of the box for a month already with the possibility of a couple more weeks yet. Sorry that I don't like to sit at home for weeks on end and that I want to go to work.

Does anyone have any idea how long Republics new agreement with AA is for? I'm still learning the industry and am just trying to figure out what AA can do. Hypathelitically...envoy does get all 90 e175 options...can they tell republic "hey we are taking over the Miami flying now, we don't need you there." Or how does something like that work? ...again it's all hypothetical and could be any airline for that matter, I'm just trying to understand what AA can and/or can't do.
