There is no clear path forward for any CRJ pilot beyond this Fall, regardless of position on the ISL. Has one single CRJ pilot, FO or CA actually begun ERJ training?

Yes.......

But even on the ERJ side, is it really worth sticking around?

No one wants to be left holding the bag. I'm considering a lateral move (20+ years) because the radio silence is deafening. Not one person in the Association or company side can answer anything with any certainty. It's like we're bacteria in a Petri dish being studied...almost mocked. And it's probably quite humorous when you're the one with stock options..

Indefinite upgrades, shrinking lines and QOL, FA furloughs.... sounds to me like paradise.

I want a Houston base. Should I not even consider xjet? What if everyone bails and something good happens? Piedmont is a good example. Guys bailed left and right and those who stayed got rewarded.

Caveat lector- As long as we are owned by stInc, nothing good will happen at this airline.

I don’t think it’s legal for an announcement of this kind to be first made on an employee conference call. It must be released to the press first.

Also, during initial negotiations, there is no requirement for disclosure. If SkyWest or United want to talk about this on their financial annual reports, then they may have to disclose, but UA and SkyWest don’t release their annual reports until mid to late February.

employees are the last to know. They have to file the paperwork with the SEC first. So wall street will know before employees.
