In case you're dying to know, looks like most junior ORD captain is a June 2005 hire (award). Most junior FO May 2017 (displacement). Keep in mind this CR2 bid was only open to those pilots already qualified on the CRJ.

2. The award was made before 2 September. Two week notices have gone in for those leaving.
I think a more accurate assessment will be who is available to bid and who is awarded lines over the next two months. A good number of those captains have class dates at Kalitta in September and October.
