You better get your app in with them and make the move. When GoJet starts to fold the rush to other airlines will cause a training backlog and a delay in upgrade time.

1) skywest CJOs are scheduling ERJ class up dates in June or July now.
2) XJT pays more
3) Once people see XJT has full classes of 60 or month, this will be the top place to go. Pay rate is already higher than Endeavor and upgrade time will drop to 12 months.

Bottom floor is right now.

It’s not the big XJT announcement you need to worry about. It’s the big GoJet announcement that should worry you.

^ go listen to the Mesa call. Yes i fear GoJet is in trouble. But even Mesa said UA has not made any discussions. And it seems they are overwhelmed with what they need to do.. is XJT the next “big thing”? Maybe for the next 100 people that get hired. But they are top heavy with senior pilots and FO’s with the time to upgrade...

Looks, just like United is putting 70 seats in an Ejet, United is also putting 50 seats in a CRJ700. GoJet is going to be cycling their 70 seater CRJ700’s out for a dual class 50 seat CRJ550 (a CRJ700 by a different name). No one is losing flying. Congratulations, Melit for making a good decision to go to GoJet.

United half-buys us, then gives brand new 50 seaters to GoJet. Honestly didn't see that one coming.
