And thanks to Kalitta for the great opportunities.
Nobody and I mean nobody cares about somebody disrespecting K4 on this board. All we want is for you to show up prepared and ready to learn. Try to have all of your personal business taken care of before you arrive. If something serious at home pops up pleas3 bring it to the attention of the instructor. If you need to go home they will send you home and you can return when you are ready. The company provides a good environment for a pilot to learn in, the pilots job is to show up prepared to learn.

A mass migration to Kalitta would be kinda funny since United is more interested in investing in flight schools for their future pilots

bitter table for one? You should show them how angry you are by leaving. Head to a AA wholly owned for that flow.

Oh the irony of this reply.

nope, not even close.

When I flew with the bitter dudes from both seats I would ask what are you doing to either get out, improve Xjet or leave aviation completely. The deer in the head lights look was priceless every time. They preferred to sit in their comfy CA seat and do nothing and claimed that the suck would never affect them.

Flynd94.

These bitter people you talk of have probably been furloughed at some point and have done it a lot tougher than you.

Uniteds choices baffle many people. The fact that most of the United Express partners are hiring foreigners on short term visas should tell you that they dont seem to plan more than 5 mins ahead.

Expressjet are bleeding people and United sits back and watches.

Maybe think before you flame people again.

XJT hasn’t furloughed many people over the years. In fact, I may be mistaken.....but flynd94 might have been furloughed in 2008.

Flynd94 knows more about his present company and his former company than you do, so maybe YOU should think before you get preachy and self righteous again?

United’s fate is not tied to the fate of XJT. It’s a one-way power flow, and to think otherwise is folly.

XJT is just one of their problems. Air Wisconsin, Trans States, GoJet and others are all having issues finding pilots.
