Also, too many idiot pilots have bragged online about their wives or others taking the Hogan for them. Pretty stupid if you ask me.

Just what I heard from the head of recruiting.

Not trying to doubt you at all, just wondering what the logic is. I guess if they made the hogan not a hard pass/fail but used it to craft the rest of the interview that makes more sense.

Your guess is as good as mine. I guess the logic is that the Hogan won’t be a disqualifier, more just part of a general “scoring” process.

The Hogan is dumb anyway. Lol.

So it is going from 2 parts to 3? Not really progress, but it would be a step up if the Hogan wasn't an end all filter.

Hogan still seems to be there. I was given the option to "opt in" on it.

Does CommutAir, Whisky, and Mesa have access to the same CPP survey we got from the UAL MEC on the latest Jet Link?

Whisky hasn’t gotten a survey as far as I’m aware. Maybe our MEC has it but the general population doesn’t.

Mesa hasn’t gotten it either.

For those XJT pilots... what are the requirements/qualifications for the United CPP? So there's the Hogan right? What flight time/years with XJT is required to apply for the program?

Sounds like the XJT United CPP is similar to Endeavor's DGI...right? Looking for answers in order to weigh my options.

There aren’t any required flight hours to apply and take the Hogan and interview.

For someone that passes, they are just required to have a bachelor’s degree and 3000 total (or 2000 TPIC) hours of service at ExpressJet before they can move on to United.
