Think long term. Skywest might be quickest way to upgrade into ORD

Even you know that awards come months before class dates. If the first airframe is to be operational in June pilots need to go through training now.

I donít keep up on it as Iím not there any more. But as much of a hard on as you have for XJT you would know better than me. But even more of a reason for pilots to be going through training and proving how idiotic your response was.
Did some poor XJT captain hurt your feelings at some point and give your feelings an ouchy so you feel compelled to spend every waking moment attacking everyone posting on the ExpressJet section?

I do not understand what the whole fus about 170 is? Great to have order of new aircrafts, it's always a good sign, but to choose company based on the type they fly is crazy.(my opinion)
121 jet time is 121 jet time.
I personally came to xjt so I can fly with experienced captains on the type, not the guys trying to figure it out after flying it for 300-1000h in some cases.
For me that 170 award would probably not be a welcomed thing.
