Some of you guys seriously need to get a life. I copied the guys format to tell my own version of my experience at XJT. I guess it really bothers some people that someone can actually be happy as an airline pilot at their first airline job! I guess we are all supposed to be miserable, hate everyone and everything! People like you need to find a new career. I’ve heard from countless mentors to lower my expectations and enjoy the process. These are the “fun” years.

They do have AQP but they have a very high drop out rate. When you are hiring hundreds of pilots from GA and not giving them a fair chance , that's crappy training. I have heard countless real stories of pilots who drop out at SkyWest and do better elsewhere. We have drop outs too but its far lower than the others, especially SKW. Considering I did not experience Skywest myself I guess it was wrong to comment, but I hear it all over the place.
