What is this new pre course express jet is doing? Does anyone have updates on classes being held?

I think the pre class is before the atp ctp course and is designed to get you used to part 121 operations and communications..basic instrument stuff as well. Classes seem to be happening on the regular. Come on over and enjoy the job

The course is probably a screener. People who somehow passed the interview but are hopeless to pass training will be let go before they have a seniority number. This will streamline training for new hires who show promise and be cheaper for the training department.

Didn’t know XJT had money like that to waste, better see a pay raise in the near future 😂

On the other hand, money $$$ is being wasted on giving new hires 100 hours of IOE and then cutting them loose when they cant land the airplane

Not sure what the course is, but it sounded like one of those jet transition courses.

Perhaps it’s an intro to crew environment, procedures, flows, etc.

That would be really awesome.
