Also, good like finding another regional where you can get 19+ days off per month every month once you're a line holder.

Just adding a little balance. Those who are ignorant about how to bid and adjust their schedule will call me wrong, and the new hires who don't will probably want to leave.

So you’re saying that ExpressJet is currently staffed well enough for EVERY SINGLE line holder to only work 10-11 days per month? Say everyone knew exactly how you bid and wanted 19 days off a month, they could ALL have it?

What about the other 30 145's that are parked up? Surely no one would be getting displaced or hiring would not be slowing if they have a total of 66 potential 145's to put back on the line?

Displacements will come from EWR and CLE. The CLE base closure was delayed but still happening. EWR will close as well unless we combine with Commutair.

Much is on hold withCovid-19 front and center so fairly difficult to know exactly how things will unfold yet.

When was that announcement made?
Stop passing your personal speculation as fact.

So how many of the "mass Exodus" pilots who resolved to leave XJT when we lost the 175s are still leaving now?

No place to go now. How many AVIATE pilots are going to United?

Some will retire.

I doubt it, unless they are offered a get paid, don’t fly with reduced MMG they will still to the very end (age or company)

The coronavirus is no joke. This virus will kill a portion of the older pilot group across the regionals and majors. Take early retirement or FMLA.
